Jana has been a physical therapist for 32 years and has worked in the Louisville area since 1999. Her experience spans hospital care, post-surgical rehab, long-term care, home health, and outpatient hand therapy at Kleinert-Kutz, one of the leading hand care centers in the world. She founded KMT in 2021 to deliver the kind of unhurried, focused care that insurance-driven clinics no longer allow. Before settling down, she worked as a medical missionary in Africa and South America. Outside of work, Jana loves camping, hiking, and traveling with her husband and two sons.

Dana is a skilled, organized, and dependable PTA with 34 years of practical experience across long-term care, assisted living, home health, hospital, and outpatient environments. She has extensive experience treating geriatric patients with diagnoses including amputations, fractures, total joint replacements, CVA, Parkinson's and other neurological disorders, wounds, pain, and general debility. She loves helping others and developing personal connections with clients and families. Outside of work, Dana enjoys spending time with her family, spoiling her grandchildren, being outdoors, and watching sports or movies.

Her clinical interests include geriatrics and women's pelvic health. Outside of work, Karianna is a 3rd degree black belt in Taekwondo and also enjoys cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats and the Buffalo Bills.

Alicia graduated from the University of Kentucky with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017. She has worked in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehab-to-home, and acute care settings, and has been working as a home health therapist since 2019. Alicia has a passion for working with geriatric patients as well as patients with developmental disabilities, and would one day love to pursue a career in hippotherapy, helping restore mobility and independence with the help of horses. Alicia lives on her family-owned horse farm in southern Indiana with her husband and three young children, and loves spending time outdoors with her family.

She is LSVT BIG Certified for Parkinson's. Linda enjoys being with her family, traveling with her husband, being outdoors, and is now enjoying her first grandchild.

Throughout her career, she has helped adults recovering from stroke, orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, and other complex medical diagnoses improve their function and independence. She believes therapy should be personalized, practical, and centered around each individual's goals. Zehra enjoys getting to know her clients and their families, building trusting relationships, and helping people return to the activities that are most important to them.

Throughout his career, he has worked in a range of settings including outpatient orthopedics, home health, acute care, skilled nursing, and long-term care. His approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, utilizing a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal disorders to support meaningful, lasting outcomes.

In addition to clinical work, Kent brings over four years of leadership experience as a clinic director managing interdisciplinary healthcare teams. He has successfully overseen staff across multiple therapy disciplines, built and maintained sustainable caseloads, and ensured compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices. He values clear communication, collaboration, and adaptability, and prioritizes building strong relationships with patients and their families to support progress and quality of care.

In his free time, Kent enjoys running, playing chess, and spending time with his family. He and his family are expecting their first child in fall 2026.
