Everything you want to know before you call.
We're a different kind of physical therapy practice. Here's what that means for you.
Do you accept Medicare or other insurance?
No. We're a cash-based private-pay practice. We accept HSA, FSA, check, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and Cash App. This structure lets us focus on your care instead of billing requirements, and it means no surprise bills or denied claims.
Do I need a doctor's referral to start care?
No. Kentucky and Indiana are both direct-access states, which means a physical therapist can evaluate and treat you without a doctor's prescription. Contact us directly and we can start your care.
How long is a session?
The minimum is one hour. If we go over, the additional time is billed at our hourly rate. You receive an invoice at the end of each month rather than paying visit by visit.
Can you see me on weekends?
Sometimes. Weekend availability varies by therapist and location, and weekend visits typically include a small additional fee. Call or request service and we'll let you know what's available in your area.
What should I wear for my evaluation?
Comfortable clothes you can move in: loose pants, athletic wear, or anything that doesn't restrict bending, reaching, or walking. Have any assistive devices you normally use on hand (cane, walker, brace).
How will I be billed?
You receive one invoice at the end of each month covering all visits. We don't take payment at the end of each session. Invoices can be paid via HSA, FSA, check, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or Cash App.
Where do you provide care?
We serve nine counties across the Kentuckiana region: Jefferson, Bullitt, Hardin, Spencer, Shelby, and Oldham in Kentucky, and Clark, Floyd, and Harrison in Indiana. Locations more than 20 minutes from your assigned therapist may include a small travel fee, which we confirm before your first visit. See our Service Area page for details.
