Long-term independence starts with a plan.
Strength coaching, nutrition guidance, and accountability for older adults who want to stay strong, active, and living on their own terms.
Who we work with
This service is for people who aren't recovering from a specific injury or surgery, but who want ongoing, personalized guidance to stay strong as they age. Think of it as a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and physical therapist combined, meeting you in your own home.
What you get
Strength assessment and coaching
We measure where you are, identify muscle groups that are declining, and build a strength plan that actually fits your life and your body.
Nutrition guidance
Practical nutrition advice for older adults, including how to eat for strength, recovery, and medication interactions. No fad diets.
Accountability and motivation
Regular check-ins and goal-setting, so the plan doesn't sit in a drawer. We keep you honest without being pushy.
Equipment and lifestyle education
Help choosing home fitness equipment that's actually safe and useful, and lifestyle adjustments that compound over time.
Is this the same as physical therapy?
No. Physical therapy is for treating an injury, condition, or recovery. Health and wellness consultation is for people who are doing relatively well and want to stay that way, or who've finished PT and want a plan to maintain and build on their progress.
Many clients transition from our in-home physical therapy service to health and wellness consultation once they have finished formal rehab.
Stay strong on your own terms.
