Falls Prevention & Balance Program

Helping your loved one stay on their feet.

A structured in-home program to assess fall risk, build balance and strength, and prevent the fall that changes everything.

Why falls prevention matters

adults over 60 experience a serious fall each year.

Most of those falls are preventable. A fall doesn't start when someone loses their balance. It starts months earlier: a little less strength, a walker used incorrectly, a rug in the wrong place, a medication that causes dizziness. We find those risk factors before they become an emergency room visit.

What puts someone at risk

  • Declining leg and core strength
  • Limited range of motion
  • Dizziness or vestibular problems
  • Vision changes
  • Incorrect use of a cane or walker
  • Medications that affect balance
  • Cluttered walkways or loose rugs
  • Unlevel surfaces at home

How we help

  1. In-home evaluation.

We come to you, assess balance, gait, strength, vision, and home environment. You get a written plan.

  2. Strength and balance training.

Ongoing sessions focused on the specific weaknesses your evaluation identified. Vestibular rehab when needed.

  3. Home safety review.

We walk through your home with you and identify fixes: rug placement, bathroom grab bars, stair lighting, furniture arrangement.

Already had a fall?

We assess why it happened and build a plan to prevent the next one. That means working on strength, posture, endurance, and the home environment together, not just one piece at a time. The goal is not just recovery. It's making sure it doesn't happen again.

Give your family peace of mind.
